About Me

Mine has been a journey of learning to live as my authentic self by moving from self-abandonment to alignment

I looked like I had it together. But I didn’t.

On paper, my life looked picture perfect.
I had built a career in banking, earned my MBA in Finance, became a CFA charter holder, and was checking all the boxes that were supposed to make me feel accomplished. Even on the personal front, I had a full life with people to care for me and support me. But along with it all I also had a deep sense of insecurity and I was fearful of being abandoned and losing it all.

This fear kept reinforcing itself in the people I came across since childhood. I have always been a sensitive child, an empath and I was constantly searching for connection but the relationships I found often felt conditional. I believed that if I wanted to belong, I had to become whoever other people needed me to be.

I kept chasing perfection to build reassurance and eliminate my insecurity but the more I chased it the more it kept evading me.
So I softened my opinions. Masked or modified parts of my personality, simply to fit in. I tried to became more agreeable and “likeable”. I worked harder to earn love, approval, and acceptance.

I was caught in a loop. The pressure to perform and conform kept rising the more I tried to belong. The more I changed myself to fit in, the further I drifted away from who I really was At my worst, every small mistake felt catastrophic, I replayed conversations endlessly, I became my harshest critic, constantly questioning my worth and wondering where I stood in other people’s lives. Anxiety slowly became my default state.

My moment of realization

I knew something had to change because even a simple phone call from my boss would leave me trembling, I dreaded going to work and I was easily offended by harmless observations or when I was asked to take it easy. I felt lonely despite having all the people in my life, as I kept waiting for them to understand me. I would spend nights awake in bed trying to replay conversations to make sure I did not look bad.

I was exhausted from living a life that looked fine from the outside but felt completely disconnected on the inside.

For the first time, I realized two important facts…I could not control how others behaved and while people could help me, no one was coming to rescue me

If my life was going to change, it had to begin with me.

The truth I discovered.

My healing began before I even learnt any modality. It began the day I put my self- respect above everything else and gained the courage to stop believing that I needed other people’s acceptance to feel worthy.

I realized that what I had been searching for all along wasn’t acceptance. It was alignment.

The biggest shift was learning to stop abandoning myself. Instead of trying to change the world around me, I turned inward. That unleashed the answers for me.

I spent time reflecting, questioning my beliefs that were limiting me, understanding my nervous system, learning emotional regulation, and gently untangling the conditioning that had shaped me since my childhood.

Layer by layer, I let go of burdens that were never mine to carry.

I learned to pause before reacting. To separate fear from truth. To recognise the difference between who I had become to survive and who I truly was underneath it all.

For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to trust myself.

I was no longer fragmented by anxiety, I felt whole again when I stopped rejecting my needs.

Today, this is the work I help others do.

Based on my personal experience I can tell you, that emotional transformation and healing are empowering and infectious. The more I continue on this journey, the more it inspires me to share what I have learnt with others.

Today, I have focused my work on sharing this sense of empowerment with anyone who wants embark on this journey to experience it.

I help people who look successful on the outside but quietly feel disconnected on the inside. People who deal with overthinking and anxiety, who struggle to set boundaries without guilt, who constantly question their worth and find themselves trapped in the same emotional patterns, despite knowing better.

Meeting your HigherSelf

To everyone who is going through this upheaval in life and looking to bring change, remember that insight alone doesn’t create change. Real transformation means reconnecting with the version of yourself that has always been there but has been forgotten because you were busy “surviving”. This takes acceptance, time and honest efforts.

My work is not to “fix” you, but to help you remember who you were before fear convinced you that you weren’t enough.

I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new. I believe it’s about coming home to yourself.

Your transformation begins with one decision.

If you’ve spent years trying and failed to earn love, prove your worth, or become the version of yourself everyone else wanted…Imagine what your life could look like if you finally decide to choose yourself first.

The decision to stop abandoning yourself has the power to change every relationship you’ll ever have, including the one with yourself.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.
